cute staff clean hotel system issue inconvenient control

The staff was SO cute and the hotel was clean! The room design was great. It used the space perfectly. I had an AMAZING meal at the pizza restaurant, it was delicious.

The system in my room was not functioning properly. I could not control it from within the room, frustrating. I had to call reception to request turning it on and off.

Clean Stay Near the Metro

The hotel had a very clean room and a comfortable mattress. I found the shower to be excellent, a plus. Staff members were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. There is a pizza restaurant located inside the hotel, which i found useful.

The hotel is not exactly central, requiring a short walk to major attractions. this was manageable using public transportation.

A Gem of a Stay

helpful staff lovely pastry tasty dinner magic stay

The staff was very helpful. The pastry and wine were a lovely courtesy. I enjoyed the dinner, it was very tasty! I wish I could have stayed longer. It was magical.

The air conditioning could have been a little better.

Mixed Experience, Heating Issues and Delayed Resolution

The breakfast had a large selection and included Portuguese sweet treats.

The room was very cold upon arrival, and attempts to warm it up were unsuccessful. Staff stated that the system had not yet been switched to winter settings (in what season should it be then?). A heating device was promised but did not arrive until 1 AM, and the initial device provided was broken. The receptionist did not seem concerned about the inconvenience.

clean room very good pizza

The room was very clean, and it had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. I also enjoyed very good pizza at the Italian restaurant in the lobby.

The air conditioning in my room was very cold even after I changed the heat setting.
